This sacred elemental substance was extracted from a holy cave by masters in the border areas of Kanjanaburi and Myanmar, and then taken south to the masters of the Dtamnak Dtak Sila Khao Or for final blessings from Luang Por Prohm, the abbot of Wat Ban Suan, and current holder of the wicha of Luang Por Kong, also from Wat Ban Suan.

Lek Lai Yoi is lek lai that has hardened in its flowing state and has a stretched form. Lek Lai Yoi should look rather like dribbling candle wax as far as shape is concerned.

This sacred element can be placed on the altar for bucha, or can be encased to be worn as an amulet. The lek lai can be given a coat of honey from time to time, or bathed in honey under the full moon, which increases its powers and forces absorbed by the moonlight when fed under a full moon.

A very strong amulet for protection and wealth increase, as well as a very powerful magical tool for meditation, and magical practice. Its properties and miraculous powers are legendary both for their invincibility protective magic and the ability to increase luck and prosperity.

It can thus be used for bucha, highly empowered meditation, contact with the ruesi, and developing psychic powers. As a bucha object, it can be prayed to as a devotee to ask for various miracle powers of protection, wealth increase, lottery and gambling wins. This is to say, that lek lai is used both by devotees to pray to and beseech blessings, but that for yogis, meditators, magicians and those who practice development of psychic powers the lek lai is of special importance and usefulness.

Lek lai has the power to heal illnesses, protect from deadly dangers and even attract great wealth and prosperity. The lek lai is a rare and essential substance which is revered as a kaya siddhi element with a deva inhabiting it.

Luang Por Prohm is the inheritor and looksit apprentice in wicha saiyasart (sorcery) of the preceding abbot of his temple, Luang Por Kong.

The Qualities of Lek Lai

– It resides within the walls of caves that are cool and damp, with no bats living in there;
– It can remain in a static form;
– It can slither and move like a snake;
– It can appear from nowhere;
– It can disappear;
– It can stretch itself;
– It can condense itself;
– It can block any energy fields, waves or frequency channels;
– Guns will not fire in the presence of lek lai;
– It can make hot water become cold in an instant;
– It consumes the phosphorous of bullets and gun shells;
– It can emit a fragrant aroma;
– It can heal illnesses or injuries if laid on the place that is affected;
– It is magnetic;
– It can become lighter or heavier;
– It can be thrown and will fly back like a boomerang (Thor’s hammer?).

Lek lai is a metallic element with a life of its own. It is also a karmic effect of spirits which have been driven by the winds of karma to be reborn in samsara in the form of metallic elemental substances, and is subject to having to eat (honey) and excrete (‘Khee Lek Lai’) residue. The lek lai is considered a living being of the deva classification (angelic deity). A deva that has been driven to be born on earth. There are both ‘kon tan’ and yaksa type devas found inhabiting lek lai, which gives each different lek lai its own special powers and properties which differ with each inhabiting deva.

Although this amazing substance is known about and exists an many different world cultures and different countries, lek lai has come to be known very much as a phenomenon coming from Thailand. This is not without good reason, for it is in Thailand and in Thailand alone where there still is a great number of  kroo ba ajarn masters, who are adept in sensing the presence of lek lai. They are also experts in the art of transforming lek lai into various forms of amulets, and even perform insertion of lek lai under the skin of devotees.

Lek lai is something which will protect the person who carries it from guns or sharp objects (such as a knife or a sword), and all other harmful weapons. Some people believe that lek lai is indestructible and immortal (adamantine). One should consider this belief in context with the fact that the Lord Buddha already expounded the Dhamma to be based on the Three Truths: (1) impermanence (anicca); (2) dukkha; and (3) non-self (anatta). All material things are subject to change and eventual dissolution. It seems unreasonable to believe that lek lai should be any different from all other worldly dhammas. Matter can not be destroyed, but it is constantly changing its form.

If the changing of form is not considered to affect the immortality of an object, then we could also say that the human body is immortal, simply because it has changed form into slime, for example. All things with a beginning have an end, even this planet and solar system will one day end, and then at the latest, the lek lai will also end. This is the way things should be, for development is reliant on change, and liberation is reliant on the destruction of one’s limits (the body).

For most living beings, a trillion years is the same as immortal, in which case, perhaps one could call a lek lai deva an immortal, but in the eternal sense, no physical form is immortal.
